We were VERY disappointed with many aspects of our recent cruise from Dubai to Singapore.
From what I understand there has been a huge amount of negative feedback about many aspects of this cruise by other passengers on Social Media.
Boarding in Dubai
We arrived at the port just before 1.00 but didn’t board until around 5.00.
We got thru the Dubai immigration in less than half an ...
I have sailed Azamara and have rated them a 4 or 5... The ships are small so they get into places where the larger ships don't . The size also allows you to get to really know your staff... Its almost has a family like feeling when dealing with the staff..
This trip however.. the wheels didn't fall off but they were wobbly. Azamara ownership changed and the accounting system was a mess. but i'm ...
Unimpressed; cannot see what all the hype is about! Poor management and management processes, terrible communication and, not surprisingly, so much revolves around an App that frequently does not work or work properly and is not well thought out in terms of its functionality. Wi-Fi is ridiculously slow. We had to download an App in order to do the immigration formalities for Singapore; it took 40 ...
Lacks of food, no real dining room, to much vegan.
Cabin “ like IKIA”, cheap furniture, on balcony two metal small chairs, not comfortable. Meet like rubber. 3 times ordered New York steak never eat, horrible. In cabin small bathroom without electric outlet. In cabin very dark, only two small lamps on ceiling, very difficult to see self in the mirror.
Very bed entertainment. Most of ...
We had sailed on 2 previous Oceania cruises and believed we found a new favorite cruise line. Having been on 7 different lines over the years and multiple cruises, we decided to book our 3rd Oceania on the Nautica which we were on last year traveling Turkey and Greece.
We traveled the Holy Land itinerary from Dubai to Barcelona on the same ship and same room. We had booked this tour on board ...
Our first time on Seabourn but not our last. Loved the ship, the outside eating spaces, the delicious food, the staff, the crew …. We are now spoiled for any other line. Relax or be busy, dress up or don’t. This is the cruise line for us. Worth every penny. We met lovely people of all nationalities. We enjoyed the food and the entertainment. Shout out to the cruise director Aimee, the wonderful ...
The cruise seemed like we would enjoy experience.
We were not informed that a covid pcr test was needed till arriving at port of demarcation .
After setting sail we were informed that we needed a visa to visit Jedah which we found impossible to obtain so lost one port of call.
We were looking forward to navigate through the Suez canal but we could not access front of ships as this part of ...
Was really looking forward to this cruise. But now I am really looking forward to getting off.
On boarding ship it was at first glance very impressive. The ship has being all over it, but that's as far as it goes.
The main inside deck is deck 6, on this you will find various things such as a bar, Chocolate shop, phone box for the secret bar, pizza and burger, a few shops, guest services and ...
We chooe this cruise as our friends we going on it and it ticked a few of our bucket list locations, MSC Europa is HUGE, no walking deck, to get to some of the shows you have to walk through the Casino and it always smelt of cigarette smoke and really not very nice at all. Food was very average, Staff in all area's were great, We booked an excursion prior to leaving Australia and on the day of the ...
We chose the cruise because of its destinations ( Middle East, Suez and Italy). We were a bit concerned of the many seadays and overall choosing an italian cruiseline.
We had a cabin with balcony, deck 5 "Fantastica". Nice with good bed and pillows.Could have used more electrical outlets.
The ship is huge. That means you've got to walk a lot. Interior decoration is modern and tasteful.
We ...
