Many years ago, while dining al fresco at a Rome cafe, I was startled by beggars going from table to table seeking money from customers.
Imagine the sense of deja-vu then, while sitting at lunch in the buffet, a staff member is walking from table to table trying to elicit attendance at the specialty dining restaurants.

The name of the game here is from embarkation to disembarkation "SELL SELL SELL". Penny pinching and extremely bad value for money.

The Millennium is going in for a redo in January. It should have gone in already. Celebrity should never have sailed it. We choose the cruise because we liked the itinerary. We knew the vessel was an older one, but once on board, all was big disappointment.
The vessel is really old, carpet torn/ chairs and tables dirty, in one word scruffy.
Staff was rude and not helpfull and food was cold, on the end we went to the ocean view restaurant to have fresh made pasta or stir fry.

We have cruised over 30 times and this is the worst cruise I have ever been on. We had a concierge class cabin that was in awful shape.
