Where do I begin. We had a wonderful cruise. The cruise director, Matt, is the best I have seen. He motivates people to have fun and seems like a genuinely nice guy. Great itinerary, top notch cruise director, all the bells & whistles offered by Carnival. The main dining room service was good but the American Table menu is HORRIBLE. The specialty restaurants were good, but we think Carnival is purposely keeping the MDR food bad to push people to the for fee restaurant choices.

We chose the Vista mainly for it's newness and it's Southern Caribbean itinerary. We didn't want to fight the crowds and hawkers at the Bahamas and the other heavily traveled islands. This cruise hit 4 ports, Grand Turk, La Romana, Curacao and Aruba. We had only one other ship in port at Grand Turk and Curacao, making it far less crowded.
