First I know reviews are opinionated by nature but I think they can be more about the experience then some really are. We traveled last week in August into September. We flew into Miami morning of cruise from NJ and had no issues. Uber to port for 19 bucks no issues. Embarkation - this was a problem only cause a bad storm came by. Being outside in lightning - not fun - being inside minutes away from a cruise - priceless. It is what it is .. it did not take too long to get on. Maybe one hour from getting online to getting on boat. That is without FTTF and silver/Plat service.

Room was ready when they said it would. Our room steward was not great. Never brought the ice or towels we asked for. His bad. We got on our own and tipped less. It was room 8257. It was right by the main elevators. Two flights up to pool and three flights down to most of the action. Pools very small and when the boat is crowded so are the pools. We went to all the shows, caught a movie and some played bingo daily. If you want to get lost and be alone the ship has places for that. If you want to have fun, do crafts, read a book, play board games or have a few drinks... there are plenty of places to do that.

I have read about the lines for food - well there are - if you get up early there are not many lines. Our go to was the "oceans lounge" not to many people knew it but there was a wonderful buffet set up there every morning and no lines, plenty of seats and everything within a few feet from your arms reach.
