Carnival Panama Canal & Central America Cruise Reviews

Great meeting this guy, humble and transparent. He just knows what he's doing. As I said,if He is not your cruise activity director, just ask for a refund lol. He's that good.

Great Cruise!

Review for a Panama Canal & Central America Cruise on Carnival Pride

We chose this cruise because it was on the Pride which is a Spirit-class ship. We love these ships because of the great layout and their smaller size: only about 2000 passengers. We also loved the itinerary because of the visit to Cartagena and the partial transit of the Panama Canal. The Cruise Director was Steve and he was great, providing us information that we had never gotten before even ...

We spent a 13 days on the Carnival Pride January 2017 and had a great time. Embarkation day - we always try to purchase faster to the fun. We had it for this cruise and we did get on the ship faster than most. We arrived at our designated time. This is the first time though that we had to wait in the port to board. Our luggage was supposed to be in our room but did not arrive until just ...

We chose this cruise for the journey experience and was not disappointed. This was a great cruise, good locations to visit . This was also the best Carnival Crew I have ever had. From my room steward, Veronica, Head waiter Bajon, and Bartenderes Jo Ann (piano bar) and Maria at alcameny, they were the best. The panamal canal experience was wonderful. Had done before but it is amazing what ...

The ports were great and the way itinerary between ports and sea days was wonderful. I usually get exhausted trying to do 3-4 days straight of visiting ports. Whom ever planned this cruse should be doing more like this one. I enjoyed the ports and the Panama Canal was very interesting. The excursion offer a variety of options but some port do not offer for those with mobility issues. The ...

we took this journey one-way 13 day cruise from Baltimore to Tampa because of it's itinerary, what a great choice. we had been on the Pride abt 8 yrs before and remembered what a not-too-big ship it was. great improvements, small size (2100 guests). all stops were good. save maybe Cozumel. only because of the irritatingly-narrow gift shop you had to walk thru both ways) and the crowds ...

Great Itinerary, Disappointing 2nd Pride Trip

We chose this cruise for its itinerary and were not disappointed with that. However found the Pride was the worst of any ship on our 14 cruises. 2 nights had nothing appealing to 4 of the 6 at our table. The other couple were first timers so had nothing to compare to. Room steward was great Jomel met our every need. However, our room balcony had paint splatter all over the lacquered railing ...

When we decided to go to the Panama Canal (bucket list thing) Carnival didn't have an itinerary that included the canal so we booked on another line. When we saw that the Pride would be making the trip, we changed our reservations for three families to Carnival. We are Carnival people! The staff on the pride were GREAT!. Really enjoyed the extra things that come with a "Journeys" cruise like ...

AWFUL stench and odor in Cabin and other public spaces...Never again

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Carnival Splendor

Chose the cruise due to cost and days cruising. Had cabin 1410...AVOID this cabin at all costs..the water coming out of the faucet to brush your teeth smelled like sewage...and one of the smaller Karaoke lounges was known as the "Poop" lounge to the point that they had to bring in 4 plumbers (?) to get rid of the odor before people could perform. The Good...wonderful cabin steward ( EKO) and ...

We chose this cruise because of itinerary and price. Embarkation and disembarkation went very smoothly. We were a little hesitant about the cabin because it was the bottom deck in the back but it turned out to be fine. The ocean view cabin was larger than expected. The food was good. The service in the dining rooms was excellent. The entertainment is pretty bad (especially the towel animal ...

We selected this cruise for price and ports. It was very reasonable for an eight night cruise and visited five ports. I just finished a major renovation of my condominium so I did not want to spend a lot of money on a vacation this year. I actually went on this cruise with no expectations and the idea to just have fun. Having grown up in Miami, I have been on many cruises in my life time and ...
