Biggest waste of time and money

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Carnival Glory

The cruise had terrible sewer gas smell in cabin and on deck. 1st told that there was no problem, then continuously they are work on problem. But issue was never solved. The food was never served hot, just warm, the lobster was rubber, bake potatoes never done. Maintenance workers wanted to work in ceiling above you and your food while having breakfast. Would of like to hear more ...

Very disappointed on vacation!!!

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Carnival Glory

We picked the cruise based on the travel location... Once on the ship you could see that it was a little run down in places even though it had been through a refresh three years earlier. Would not recommend this ship to anyone for a cruise. This was our third Carnival cruise and we also traveled to the Mediterranean aboard Royal Caribbean. We have seen the progress of the whole cruise industry ...

My worst cruise ever

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Carnival Glory

This cruise was a celebration of my turning 50 and my daughter turning 16. This was not our first and with our Gold status we got less rather than more. We use to have chocolate covered strawberries in our room the first night. Last year there was a bottle of champagne in our room. We use to have happy hour the last night. Now we get one drink. I spent more money on this cruise vacation because I ...

Last time on Carnival

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Carnival Glory

Worst cruise I've ever been on in 24 cruises. From the embarkation to debarkation it was very bad. The cabin was nice and roomy and the cabin steward was attentive, but the cabin was right under the Lido deck and their was noise all night from moving chairs. Dinning room staff was attentive but really slow. Food was better than I expected. Buffet closed at 9:30 with no ware to snack but pizza. ...

CARNIVAL GLORY = HORRIBLE SHIP/HORRIBLE SERVICE

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Carnival Glory

We chose this cruise because of the destinations/ports... which WERE amazing. The ship however was not. The Carnival Glory is outdated, rusted, dirty, smells, poorly maintained, lacks entertainment.. the list goes on. The cruise director, Eric, needs to be replaced, as the entertainment options were HORRIBLE. The service, at the bars, at the restaurants, at the pool areas, even more HORRIBLE. ...

We have cruised about 20 times on Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, Disney and Princess. This was our first time on Carnival. We chose it due to time constraints and because we thought the destinations were interesting. We found the contrast between our experiences on the other cruise lines and Carnival was dramatic - much worse than we had expected. Things began badly during embarkation. We had ...

Raw Chicken, Rusting Ship, Terrible Service

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Carnival Glory

I have been on around 20 cruises on various lines and this one was by far THE WORST. I am 21 years old, and have enjoyed Royal Caribbean the most. The only good thing about this ship was their burger place, but burgers every day gets old. Embarkation in Miami was confusing, and the people supposed to help you were quite rude. The ship itself looks like it's been neglected for a long time. All ...

I just sailed with Carnival Glory 08/22/15 thru 08/29/15 and I am truly disappointed. The food was horrible. We were originally scheduled to do the Eastern Caribbean cruise. But due to a storm they changed the entire itinerary to a Western Caribbean cruise. I received an email at 8 p.m. the night before we were scheduled to sail. Now the places that they changed to were places that I really was ...

The Worse Cruise EVER!!!

Review for a Caribbean - Southern Cruise on Carnival Glory

This was our family's third cruise with Carnival. The web sight said this was an updated ship, that was completely untrue. The outside of the boat was missing paint in spots, rust everywhere, and was visibly dirty. The carpet thought out the ship was so old it was faded everywhere except the edges. The Dining room furniture looked like something goodwill would of thrown out, most of the lighting ...
