Carnival Galveston Cruise Reviews

Great meeting this guy, humble and transparent. He just knows what he's doing. As I said,if He is not your cruise activity director, just ask for a refund lol. He's that good.

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Carnival Freedom

I chose this cruise because I wanted to see new sights and repeat the happy experience I had with my first cruise. Since I cruised on the same ship and stayed on the same deck, I felt familiar with locations and even reconnected with some staff members. Just like before, the service, food, and activities were top notch. I especially liked the helpfulness and courtesy of our steward, Francis, and ...

We started our adventure by going to Indoor Parking several blocks from the pier. We had a reservation so that made it all the more easier. We didn’t have to wait too long before the shuttle left. Check-in went very smoothly. We went to the holding area to wait for over an hour. Wedding parties and other elite passenger got to board first. Still we were aboard by 11:45. The rooms ...

Princess is still my favorite

I'll start by saying we are elite status with Princess. We kept an open mind on this 5 day Carnival cruise. ROOM Balcony room was as expected. Bathroom small but shower larger than Princess. Never had to worry about water on the floor. Towel were nice but bed linens were very worn. The first night I discovered "stains" on the sheets. So gross, I slept on the couch. Steward changed ...

Very Relaxing Cruise

We chose this cruise to celebrate a Birthday and our Anniversary. We have cruised this trip on 4 other occasions. We are platinum cruisers with Carnival and have been on many cruises. This cruise tops our "favorite" list. (Not the destination, but the cruise). We normally find ourselves drinking more than we normally do and come home exhausted. This cruise, we decided to pamper ourselves the ...

This was my families first cruise together and I wanted to make it special. I had cruised on NCL before but was in an inside suite. After having that interior experience, I opted for a balcony cabin. I also chose 6th floor and in center field to help lessen the motion(if possible). Everything was done very well from embarkation to the food, staff, and excursions. My son is 7 and he was in heaven. ...

Best Carnival ship to date.

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Carnival Breeze

After twelve (12) Carnival cruises, four (2) Royal Caribbean and two(2) NCL cruises, the Breeze was the best so far. The entire ship was changed from top to bottom from its sister ship the Magic.. I had a bottom floor room and the hallways that are usually too small for two people to pass were enlarged. There was little noise from the bottom of the ship. They took out the booths on the Lido ...

Hubby and I had a blast!! The cabin was well kept and clean at all times. The staff was super friendly and always asking if there was anything that we needed. The over all food in the MDR was good and the Steakhouse was well worth it, I truly enjoyed myself. The entertainment was really good. The CD was super funny and there was never a dull moment. Looking forward to going back in Oct. The only ...

04-02-17 Carnival Breeze. Debarkation Port Galveston Texas, Interior Rm 7295. We arrived in Galveston the day before sailing. Stayed at Gaido’s Hotel, 3700 Seawall Blvd. Ocean view room for $217, included breakfast, and ride to port. Adjoining restaurants and live music at the pool was enjoyable. Music was a little loud but only lasted till 11:00 PM. Gaido’s is a 4.5 Star Restaurant ...

The people you have to cruise with are the worst

Hurry up and wait was the theme. Everything was filled with kids (hot tubs, gym equipment outside, mini-golf, pools, etc.) The adults would lock down all the chairs and you'd see towels there for hours and no people. The quality of people who take these cruises out of Galveston continues to drop. Got very tired of people with two plates of food bum rushing the elevator before you can get off, ...

This was our 13th cruise and the 9th with Carnival. Embarkement was quick..on the ship within an hour. Stayed on the Spa deck which came with 2 free exercise classes each and access to the spa pool and saunas. We liked the decor of the ship..has a summer outdoor feel all over. The ship looked in very good shape to us...she is going into dry dock next week for some upgrades we were told. We had ...
