Carnival Galveston Cruise Reviews

Great meeting this guy, humble and transparent. He just knows what he's doing. As I said,if He is not your cruise activity director, just ask for a refund lol. He's that good.

We had a wonderful trip the Carnival Breeze. This is my 2nd time on this ship, but I still have so many things that I wanted to try but didn't get a chance to. The service was top notch on this ship. I loved my wait staff in the Blush lower level. Sigmond, Valentin and I can't remember my last guy were awesome, fun to talk to, and fast. We were in and out in an hour. I can't remember that ...

Cruise was great. Last cruise was on Celebrity so it will be compared to that but have sailed Carnival Conquest out of Galveston twice before. Embarkation was easy, but we were one of the last on the ship since we flew in that day. Carried our own luggage on or it would be dinner time before we got it. We got on at 3:45 pm and there were still racks and racks of luggage on the dock. Room ...

I have sailed on Carnival 7 times and this was the first time on the Freedom. The embarkation and debarkation process is pretty smooth on all these cruises. The ship is nice with the exception of a few areas that need some refurbishing. They need to fix the Foosball and Shuffleboard tables as there were pieces either missing or broken. We stayed in cabin 2462 on the Main Deck and it was very large ...

My husband and I just returned from our 7 day cruise to Montego Bay Jamaica, Grand Cayman, and Cozumel. This was our second cruise with carnival our first on the freedom. We arrived in Galveston Friday, which was the night before we sailed. We stayed at the Galveston Hilton Island resort. It was a great price for the night and they offered shuttling to the port. Our scheduled check in time was ...

PRAISE: This was our 3rd cruise with Carnival. The food and entertainment were great. The excursions were pretty good also. Next time we will opt to go ashore and pick our own snorkeling places. The coral reef is everywhere in the Roatan/Belize/Cozumel section of the Caribbean. We could have rented some snorkeling equipment and seen the same beautiful scenes as the $180 excursion offered. Of ...

We booked this cruise as a last minute get away. We flew Southwest on embarkation day with no problems, purchased the Carnival transfer & were on the ship within a few minutes of arriving at the port of Galveston. Staggered check in was a breeze. Steak house: we had booked the steak house for our 1st night, while service was very good our steaks were not worth the $35 up charge. We had ...

We sailed on Carnival Breeze September 11, 2016. This time we selected an inside stateroom as we booked late and choices were few. This was my 12th cruise and my second aboard the Breeze. We dined at the Sea Side Brunch on each sea day. One night at the steak house and one night at the Italian restaurant. We also participated in the elegant nights and food was good. There were several trips to ...

We chose this cruise for its dates and destinations. We wanted to see Jamaica and Grand Cayman, since we had not been there before. We got a great deal on a suite - which was awesome!! The room was huge - so was the bathroom (with a jacuzzi tub!). We would definitely do this itinerary again! There are a lot of things we want to try in Grand Cayman - but the Turtle Farm was terrific! We ...

We had a family gathering of 12 people and one baby. The food was great. and Denton in the dinning room along with his partners greeted us each night and remembered our names. The excursions was great too. It was the first cruise for some of them and they took advantaged of all the activities on the ship. We flew to Houston the day before and stayed at a hotel and they shuttled us from the ...

The Carnival Freedom is beautiful and well maintained. I felt the entertainment was lacking, it is the first time I never went to a night show in the theater because nothing sounded really interesting. The comedy club was very good. The main dining room service was great but the menu was lacking. Several nights I had a hard time finding something I really wanted. I also missed fish dishes, ...
