Carnival Galveston Cruise Reviews

Great meeting this guy, humble and transparent. He just knows what he's doing. As I said,if He is not your cruise activity director, just ask for a refund lol. He's that good.

Mom's 75th Birthday!!!

We very much enjoyed our cruise overall. There were slight problems at first but out housekeeper quickly corrected everything and was very attentive to our needs throughout the journey. Yanti is a great housekeeper and very considerate of myself and my mother who was celebrating her 75th birthday. The ship seemed old and has some definite drawbacks and design flaws that create discomfort at ...

For reference, cruises referenced for comparison have been Norwegian (Breakaway) and Royal Caribbean (Grandeur of the Seas). We do not smoke/drink/gamble (aka boring), so casino and alcohol related feedback. ********** CABIN ********** Pleasant. Everything was well appointed. Instant hot water. ********** SHIP ********** Pleasant. Everything was well appointed. We had the work ...

Never sailed Carnival before and thought we give it a try and WE WILL NEVER AGAIN! At first we were very excited to board the ship. We got on they had drinks ready to go and the buffet was open. We then settled into our room and enjoyed watching the dolphins and getting to peruse the ship and learn where everything was at. Finally it was time for the muster drill and that's where it all went ...

This was a family cruise over our fall break. Our last cruise was on the Carnival Magic, the so named "Ebola" cruise. We are 54/49/12/11/7. Embarkation was a cake walk. Our check in time was 10:30, we spent the night before in Deer Park and were at the pier right at 10:30. We were through security and check-in in no time at all and with FTP we were on board board in less than an hour. We ...

This was our very first cruise but we traveled with seven other family members that have cruised before. I wasn't sure I'd like the whole cruise experience but I loved every minute of it. Already planning our next adventure. We traveled with out three children ages 17, 15 and 12. They said it was the best vacation ever! As anyone with teenagers knows it can be pretty tricky with the boredom factor ...

My wife and I went on a cruise for our 13 year wedding anniversary. This was our first cruise and we had no idea what to expect. We chose Carnival because several friends recommended them. The embarkation process was somewhat lengthy, but expected with 3,400 people trying to board. We located our room and was very impressed with the size and layout. I got a balcony room and boy am I glad I ...

Chose this cruise due to family involvement, some of whom live in Texas. We're from PA, We have sailed on 8 different Carnival ships and in every class except Splendor, Sunshine and Vista. The ship is average and the cruise OK but really not as enjoyable as some other we have been on. We had an Ocean Suite on Deck 7. Our cabin attendant was super excellent. I found the dining experience ...

Amazing! We boarded just after 12:00 pm and were told rooms would be ready by 1:30 pm but then they announced around 1:00 pm that rooms were already available. They said luggage would be delivered by 4:00 pm but we had ours before 3:00 pm. We had lunch at the buffet on the Lido deck while we waited for our room. Once our room was ready we changed into our swim suits and were actually the first ...

My husband and I just returned from a 5 day cruise on the Liberty. We loved the cruise and found the ship to be in good shape. ARRIVAL/EMBARKATION: We left Leander at 6:15 AM and arrived in Galveston around 9:45. My husband dropped me and the bags at the terminal curb then went across the street to park at Galveston Park N Cruise. Checking in was easy, and everyone working was super friendly. ...

The Galveston boarding process for us went smoothly. It was not congested as I thought it would be and the lines moved fast and quickly, which means there was enough security staff to scan luggage and get you on board. I was impressed and it increased my anticipation for more good things to come. For the Breeze to be a fairly newer ship, I thought it was older, i.e., chipped painting, ...
