Stay away from Carnival Miracle!!

Review for a Hawaii Cruise on Carnival Miracle

I have been cruising with Carnival for the last 15 years and had good experiences with them up until 2024. We did the 15 day Hawaii cruise and were highly disappointed. Food and Service on the Carnival Miracle was subpar at best and the ship had many things out of service like ice makers throughout the ships drink stations. We noticed that there was far less crew in the MDR and at the bars. ...

This was supposed to be a "special sailabration cruise" Nothing special about it! They take your money and make changes at the last minute blaming covid. You never knew you were on a sailabration cruise until the very last day. Lido deck was very boring. No entertainment except a DJ. playing music a few hours everyday. 5 very boring days at sea. Entertainment at the phantom theater was like ...

We wanted to do something special for birthdays in the family, two of them in December during the cruise. We headed to Hawaii but might as well have flown. 4 sea days there and back were horrible. The second we stepped on deck, we smelled cigarette smoke, as smoking is permitted on Deck 2, indoors. There is really no way around it if you want to go to the casino, trivia events, or get on or off ...

This may be the last time to see my BROTHER. That was the main reason for my wife & I to go. We were looking forward to be in THE GRAND SUITE .Little did we know that we where going to have a room with major things so wrong and during the cruise we missed two ports and two excursions and we were stuck on the ship for two extra days. My wife and I decided to fill up the whirlpool tub in our room. ...

Hawaii itself was great (as always), but the treatment of the passengers by the Carnival Miracle staff was UNACCEPTABLE. First of all, the long embarkation lines---outside in the heat---at the Long Beach (CA) terminal could easily have been avoided by better planning on the part of Carnival. But even worse,, the lines at the Kona (HI) dock (waiting for a tender for over an hour), showed total ...

I've been on over a dozen cruises; a few with Carnival. NEVER would I have thought to research to look for article written in April about problems with the ship. Prior to this cruise I said Norweigen was the "Yugo" of cruise lines; Carnival has beat them. First off, Carnival should have notified everyone at the time of booking about the article. Carnival wasn't "up front" with it's guests for ...
