Cruise was on 11/2 out to South Pacific
the morning of the cruise, the itinerary changed due to the low. So from 3 ports we went to 2 ports which was Santo and Port Vila (no tenders required) I was very happy with the change as i had not been to those ports since 5 years ago. Plus
$200 onboard credit was given for each cabin. My personal experience: Ship - small and quirky, which Ioved. ...

Compareed to the another, we have been on this ship is in a league of its own. The staff , the decor , the quality of food . And the way the staff bought everyone together during the Christmas celebrations. We had an awesome cruise on the Coral princess. The entertainment director amazing. Leo the floor manager at one of the restaurant excellent service. The casino manager an absolute pig.He ...
Booked a 7 night cruise to the Pacific Islands from Brisbane early in the year and were looking forward to returning to the Pacific Islands in October 2023 but found out on the day of departure that we were going to Cairns due to Cyclone Nola, Bit of disappointment but can't help the weather,
First time on Pacific Encounter and must say the ship was great, staff were excellent and very ...
We are a family of 5 (children 8, 6 and 4) and we travelled with grand parents. We enjoyed every aspect of the cruise, despite having some rainy and windy days. The only thing that we would have liked was for our rooms to be closer together as we all booked together, but we were still on the same level which was OK.
My children had a fantastic time in the kids club each day, which was great ...
Since our last cruise, my wife has been completely indifferent to the idea of cruising.
I saw this cruise advertised, it left from Brisbane in our home state and was just 7 days. I thought it looked good value and she decided to give it a go. The embarkation process was not pleasant but then moving that many people around is no easy task.
The cruise was brilliant, beyond our expectations. We ...
We are avid cruisers having cruised many times. This was our first P&O Australia cruise AC (after Covid). BC we have done over 15 voyages. This time we only traveled with our youngest son 12 years old. We had an inside cabin. It was spacious and ample room to fit everything. The steward came in twice daily as per our request and kept our cabin clean and tidy. No complaints.
Embarkation was ...
I wasn't expecting such high quality service, food and entertainment and was nicely surprised sailing on the Luminosa. We've sailed before on the RC and always felt like it was over crowded and really busy, but on the Luminosa we always felt like we had heaps of space and there were always sun lounges around the pool. We had a balcony room and really worth the extra being able to look out and ...
With storms the week prior, we were certainly lucky in our timing for calm seas, endless sunshine and no rain during the seven days we sailed from Brisbane to New Caledonia and return.
We prepaid for the Cloud 9 Spa package.
The Cloud 9 Spa was well appointed with a myriad of wet, dry, warm and cool spaces to relax and enjoy. A nice number of guests meant that the experience was neither ...
The Coral Princess was recommended to us by a Youtuber and they were shown to be so right. In brief I loved it.
The embarkation process from Brisbane was not as chaotic as I feared and we were on board in under 30 minutes. However I have to say that lots of people ignored their arrival notifications and they were the cause of any difficulty others may have faced.
Our Balcony Cabin seemed ...
