The crew and staff of the Oosterdam did an excellent job for 99% of the trip , what spoilt it all was the total lack of control over the 3 hours of misery to see the us custom officers, people standing and stuck in the corridors for two hours , two people fainted to my knowledge , why not a system to cope with the known amount of people???
