Firstly the bad. This was our 10th cruise and our first with P & O since 2013 Poor embarkation. We are in our 70's and were made to stand in queue for more than 90 minutes. Carnival Splendor is an amazing 4 night cruise that took us to a wonderful island also known as Moreton Island. All of the cabins that I have seen are shockingly very clean, as if there wasn’t even a speck of dirty items in the cabins. I have previously cruised with Princess and Norwegian and for me, the Pacific Adventure is better. The bad first - Covid and health protocols were lacking. Nobody checked us on embarkation and Covid did make it aboard. Thankfully we avoided it.
