I have cruised NCL many times and have been on the Jade before. Things have changed with this cruise line. Customer service was not good. Could not get a water bottle or even a pad of paper and pen for the room. Was told this was only available for full suites and above, we had a balcony suite. The staff were always kind and helpful. The ship was VERY clean and safe. My main complaint is that 85% of the seats in the English pub POKE YOU on both sides when you try to sit in them. I commented on this to fellow attendees and they all moaned about the discomfort of that pub's chairs. The obvious is "Don't sit there!" This cruise was way too crowded for comfort. The pool chairs we always full. There is no splash pad and no babies allowed in the pool.
