We decided to sail the Prima this past week, Feb. 5-12 for my husband’s 50th birthday present. We had 3 balcony rooms and 6 family members. We were in rooms: 10938,10940,10942.

We chose the NCL PRIMA because we wanted to experience a brand new ship. While spaces are lovely to look at , most of the seating is uncomfortable, the outdoor fabric furniture is already filthy or shredded.

I got what a thought was a great deal on a 7nt cruise. It was terrible. Cabin was nice, but we were given 1 towel each day. Had to track down steward for a 2nd every day. Cabin took forever to be cleaned.

We were supposed to be travelling with a friend and booked within his group. This friend and us had a falling out previous to the sail date but the good news is this ship is so big we didn't see him at all for 7 days!

We have cruised on several other cruise lines, and this by far was our worst experience. In talking to other guests it seemed to be the consensus. Service overall on the entire ship was fair. I was charged for a bingo game that I did not attend, and come to find out didn't even exist. It took 4 times to guest services to get it fixed.
