Chose this cruise for timing and ease of access to Boston. Have been on Holland America ships and QM2. Was disappointed in everything except service. Got a great deal for suite with butler - first time with this. Suite was beautiful and came with lots of perks. Our butler and room steward were outstanding. I did the Boston cruise 10 yrs ago on another Norwegian ship and thought its time to go back to Bermuda!

We loved Bermuda. Leaving from Boston is a breeze. We have traveled on the Dawn many times.
Getting on the ship was so easy. We arrive at Black Falcon at 11;30. We were on the ship by noon.

We have given Norwegian Cruise Line several tries. Our first experience was with the Gem, we felt it was dirty and run down. Chefs and waiters were rude. The employees seemed to hate their jobs.
