We are a group of 7. Three balconies together. Ages from 14 - 75. 4 in one room, 2 in another and 1 (me) in the last. The rooms are very cramped and balconies very. Small. The bed is almost flush against the closet. My daughters family of 4 just lived out of their suitcases instead of trying to put clothes in the closet. Room steward not too attentive to detail. Maybe because of the ship size there is more work to do? I am a gold latitudes member. They advertise all the perks but I received none of them. Finally on Wednesday I went customer service and they really didn't,apologized or act surprised. They did send up the wine. But a little late. That isn't why booked this cruise for family and it is not a dealbreaker but this program should not be touted as a benefit if they do not follo iw through. The common rooms are beautiful. The entertainment is amazing, especially. Rock of ages and circ de sol. We had no trouble getting seats for any of the shows. The food was very good in all the restaurants we tried. We really liked the pub. Never had trouble getting seats together. Did not try margaritteville cause didn't think it was worth the surcharge times 7 for their menu. The buffet had good selection. The staff Was very helpful to me as I use a walker. They would not accepts tip for the help which was a surprise. The teenagers were kinda disappointed that therockclimbing. And the ropes and pool slides were not available most of the time. They went to snorkel beach Bermuda which was in walking distance of the ship. Lots of fun. They have snorkel equipment, chairs and umbrellas for a small fee. Spent lots of time there. It is near the fort and shops too.
Too cramped. Bed comfortable. Bathroom adequate. Could hardly turn around on the balcony.
