Cabin was nice. Steward was not around a lot and did not keep up on the cabin like I am used to on a Carnival cruise. One of the couples we went with did not have towels for a day and a half and had to use their beach towels. Their steward was MIA most of the time. One of the couples we went with had their power outlet hanging out of the cabinet. They fixed it 4 days in. Read Less

Onboard - the ship seemed a bit more confusing to get around for me, especially the cabin situation. Odd's on one side, Even on the other. Inside cabins in the middle of the Odd's and Even's. We had in interior cabin. A lot of storage! Large closet with shelves AND hanging racks on the inside of one of the doors. Three drawers. Little cubby's around the tv area and the mirror above the sink opens up to even more shelves (which we didn't discover until day 2). BATHROOM - uhhhhh not for me. I'm sure you are aware of the whole toilet/shower being separated. Terrible idea. When someone wants to use the bathroom in the middle of the night the light inside the bathroom area illuminates the whole room (even with a curtain) and the door opening and closing, which is glass and heavy, squeaks a lot and so there is no quiet bathroom breaks. Not to mention, being surrounded by just glass pretty much amplifies EVERY sound in the bathroom. Read Less

1. We walked into the cabin, on the left is a see-through toilet and on the right, is a see-through shower. Out of the nearly 80 cruises we have enjoyed over the years, this was a first. You might think the more expensive cabins; the layout would be different. 2. The light was minimum, we had one light over the bed that lit up the room. There was also a small light under the shelf, hardly enough light for my wife to put on her makeup. Read Less

The cabin is the basic interior room. If you've stayed in an interior room before, you know what to expect. What makes the rooms on this ship stand out in a negative way is the lack of privacy for the bathroom. That would be, if there was actually a bathroom in the room... The staterooms do indeed have a toilet and shower, etc... however... the toilet is behind a slab of frosted glass that doesn't lead much to the imagination as you are able to hear/see through it. Unless you enjoy hearing the sounds of your cabin mate defecating, avoid this ship. The shower is the same problem - frosted glass partition... not ideal when you're cruising with your mother. The inside of the cabin is very interesting. The toilet and shower are split with a curtain between the bed and the exit door. The lock on our door had to be changed 6 times. It locked us out every other day.
