Worse NCL ship managed

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Norwegian Epic

I travel on NCL quite a bit but the Epic was horrific. Did a B2B cruise Jan-28-2024 through 3-11-2024. LONG LONG LINES everywhere, whether dining, bars, venues. I've been on many NCL ships and other cruise lines, but nothing like this. The first leg of the trip, they ran out of lite beers on 5th day, and I'm not a beer drinker but EVERYONE was complaining. You had to wait 45 mins for a drink ...

Had a Balcony room on the 14th floor The Balcony had some serious rust issues to make it quite unappealing to sit outside. But when you get to a port and look at the rest of the ship, it's understood why, there is quite a bit of Rust showing thru..... while other cruise lines do painting maintenance while in port, never saw any NCL personnel with even a paint rush. It needs some serious ...

You tell me if you think this cruise worth going for: Room door lock latches are hardly working every time it’s a hassle to open the door with the key card. There are no mattress covers, sheets are going directly onto spring mattresses, which is against all means of hygiene There are 2 floors of entertainment, though one is 70% covered with gambling machines and casino tables where ...

I have been on previous repositioning Epic cruises. My cousin traveled with me and she has been on 9 repositioning Epic cruises at this same time of year. It seemed like a sure thing....BUT surprise! This cruise was a nightmare from start to finish! Embarkation was a nightmare. We are both disabled and the embarkation staff didn't know what to do with us. Then my cousin was asking for ...

checking in was a zoo. Found it to be way too crowed hence long lines to do everything. The excursion were all terrible and extremely expensive. buses with 30-35 people. the people working the ship are the best part. friendly and helpful. by the way, don't buy the spa or the unlimited internet access, it's a catch. checking out was easy. they're charge you for everything. i fell for ...

To start positively we enjoyed the shows you provided as we were lucky enough to find out to book our seats for Priscilla, Burn the floor and Soul Sensation early on. After this the ship and its crew failed to impress us seasoned cruisers in our party of 6. Here are some of the points we note: At dining areas • The crockery was cracked and a my cup actually leaked onto the table as no ...

On a negative here sadly. My wife and I have done 20 plus cruises and this was our first NCL , it will likely be our last with these folks , sadly. We booked a mini suite which seemed identical to our friends standard balcony, perhaps a slight oversell but I could live with that. The complimentary drinks package was appealing but bottles of water were excluded as were coffees???? Again ...

Disaster cruise ruined our 40th Anniversary.

This was the worse ship we have ever been on. We cruise twice a year, mostly Celebrity, Princess, but we also like to try new ships. In this situation what was supposed to be celebration of our 40 year anniversary, but it was the biggest FIASCO instead. We bought 2 cruises back to back 4 nights and 10 nights of the total 14 nights. How I can describe it best? It was a ZOO, Jumanji (1995 ...
