Review for a Europe - Western Mediterranean Cruise on Azamara Quest

Grand Prix experience for a special birthday. Very friendly and helpful crew, with the exception of the Guest Relations desk and the Concierge, who could not or would not sort out a problem with thick black sooty particles all over our balcony for which we had paid an extra fare. This problem was not limited to us alone, the Owner's Suite which was next to ours also had a similar problem, which ...

A wonderful experience in every aspect. Le Ponant is a beautiful yacht with thirty-two cabins and ideal for the itinerary with so much stunning scenery. Comfortable cabins, with good bathroom and shower, hairdryer. Friendly Captain and Crew readily available to interact with passengers. Excellent food and waiters, with formal dining and dining on deck being our preferred ...

Amazing Azamara, loved this cruise!

Review for a Europe - Eastern Mediterranean Cruise on Azamara Quest

We boarded our BA flight at 9.30 and took off just after 10.00 am. We arrived in Nice at 2.30-ish and boarded the coach for the transfer to the ship. Once we arrived at the port we found that the usually well-organised embarkation was certainly lacking. First we were told to wait in a queue where passengers were collecting their luggage tags for the ship, which we didn't need to do as ours were ...

First cruise on Azamara, after a lot of cruises on Cunard, and one cruise on Celebrity. I enjoyed this cruise very much. Pros : - Nice ship, with an elegant, but relaxed and friendly atmosphere. - Excellent crew, always smiling and doing everything to make your cruise a total pleasure : I felt chilly during the italian buffet in Sorrento and suddenly, without asking anything, a warm ...

I went on this cruise with my parents, and we really loved it. Embarkation was a breeze, we took a taxi from the airport to the port in Nice, France, and about ten minutes after getting out of the taxi we were on the ship. MUCH better than the bigger cruise lines where you have to wait for hours in line to board and there are hundreds of people everywhere. Disembarkation was similarly extremely ...

We chose this cruise because because with live in Antibes and it departed and returned to Nice (no flights). This was our second Azamara Quest cruise so we either like being abused or it was pretty good (the latter) All 'inclusive' which means you get standard wine and some cocktails "free" (without extra charge) No sparkling wine unless you pay extra. Not bad but not the best (Seabourn ...

We found the Trip a great experience, the crew friendly professional and helpful at any time .The food and beverages of high quality and selection. The selection of stops for swimming excellent. The stop for Sardinia,-Porto Cervo a waste of time. Bonifacio a great location. Our "Enchanting Rhône" cruise had many 5 star features. The service and food were terrific! In fact, the food was the best we've ever experienced on a cruise of any kind. The lunch and breakfast buffets had many delicious choices. The sit-down dinners were gourmet quality. Our Captain, Franck, was friendly, welcoming and very visible. The shore excursions were very good. Yvonne, the Cruise ...

Arranged our own flights to Nice. Spent a night in Nice before joining the tour. Lovely city worth the visit. The Bordeaux cruises were booked for that time of year so chose the Rhone as the option. The cruise was great staff excellent, ship good, food great, wine & bar excellent. But no gym and no pool as advertised? The bus rides from Nice and to Paris were a ...
