This was our 4'th cruise on the Riviera. We loved the refit(or reimagining, if you wish). The food overall was still excellent. The tea service was a bit nicer than in 2022(more selection)If you do scones at tea ASK for Clotted Cream. Otherwise you get whipped Cream. I'll do the specialty restaurants first. Jacques was excellent. I advise to try the Sea Bass in Puff Pastry. It's their ...

Given Covid this was a great cruise

This is our fourth cruise on Oceania and our third on Riviera, the other was on Marina, their opening cruise after Covid. They were sailing, I think at 75% capacity and it it made for a more lively cruise than our previous one on Marina, (albeit that was still very good). We had an excellent cruise. As always the staff were very professional, polite and friendly. The officers were generally ...

Outstanding slightly marred by missed ports & a few Covid issues.

We've done a few trips with "O". The food & ship are superb. Due to Covid, the pax were limited to having the ship barely half full. We liked how sanitary everything was. We started with a C-1 Ocean view, but upograded to a Concierge cabin for a most reasonable price. Certainly worth it. The vast majority of pax followed the mask mandate in doors, though some from "certain" regions of the ...

We had a fabulous time on Oceania Riveria Jan 4-14. Shape of ship, Service, Food, Covid Precautions, Cabin, Cruise Director were all outstanding. Checking in at the port was painless. Oceania really has their act together with Covid precautions. We had a 11:00 - 11:30 check in time at the Miami Port. We did precruise COVID testing before heading to Miami within 48 hours and then were tested ...

As veteran cruisers, we had high expectations for our first cruises (2/4 and 2/14, back to back) on Oceania. Our expectations were exceeded. Outstanding staff, cuisine, and a beautiful ship. We found the food in all venues to be wonderful, from the pool grill to the four upscale speciality restaurants. Totally professional wait staff in all venues. The only negative issues we encountered ...

This was our first Oceania cruise and it sure was more than my husband and and I expected - it was fantastic. The ship, Riveria, was a nice size, small with lots of amenities. Our concierge suite was small, but offered lots of storage, drawers and shelves. The speciality restaurants were great, with Jacques being my hands down favorite. The shows were fun with talented singers and ...

Service, Service, Service

We went on the Oceania Riviera because we wanted top of the line service, a smallish ship, and to see a different part of the Caribbean. As soon as we went to the buffet after embarkation, I knew we were in for a cruise with great service. At no time do your hands touch the buffet utensils. (I had read that this is the number one place on a cruise ship to "catch something") Everything is ...

Great cruise, beautiful ship, excellent service, and cuisine

The ship was beautiful and well maintained. The pool deck furniture was a little tired, particularly in the spa area, but that's a nit pick. Otherwise, the Riviera is a beautiful ship! The crew, almost to a person, was friendly, outgoing, and helpful. This cruise, for us, was for relaxation and to get away from the cold weather up north. We did not participate in any of the ships ...

Fantastic Time on Riviera

This is our 12th cruise on Oceania. We have been on Rivera a total of 3 times and have just disembarked the ship on March 6. The food, service, and and attention to detail were excellent! I noticed a slight "wear and tear" on the ship and was informed that the ship will receive an update this April. We had been on Riviera when it was a new ship so I was able to notice any changes. We had ...

Fantastic Cruise

We like the atmosphere on Oceania cruises. The Riviera was our second Oceania cruise this year. We were in the Caribbean and liked having a larger ship on this itinerary. We do prefer the smaller ships for touring itineraries. We had a Concierge Cabin. Since it is basically the same size as a balcony, it probably isn’t worth the difference in price. The only amenity that was worth ...
