We've done a few trips with "O". The food & ship are superb. Due to Covid, the pax were limited to having the ship barely half full. We liked how sanitary everything was. We started with a C-1 Ocean view, but upograded to a Concierge cabin for a most reasonable price. Certainly worth it.

The vast majority of pax followed the mask mandate in doors, though some from "certain" regions of the country feel they do NOT have to follow rules. Many pax & my spouse did not hesitate to admonish the slackers. The captain made several announcements warning pax, that they could face being put ashore for not following the cruise line guidelines.

(The Food) The food as always, was excellent. The High Tea was not as good as before, simply because due to the reduced amount of pax the selections were reduced somewhat. This obviously was done so as not to lose too much money. Selections were paired down & there was no serving station as before. That being said, the assortment they did have was still very good overall. Food in the GDR & specialties was excellent as usual.(Terrace) Always plenty of choices here for those who prefer to eat a bit more casually. Steaks & seafood along with many GDR choices are readily available. (Le Reserve) Le Reserve's "Bourgeoise" tasting meal was as memorable as always. We do miss Dorian, who used to oversee the experience. We feel that without his expertise, it was slightly lacking in it's overall execution. There are Odyssey & Dom Perignon tastings, but we always love Bourgeoise. (GDR) We do like the taste of the world in the GDR. You might not like everything on the menu, but trust me there is plenty of choices.

Cabin Review

Concierge Level

This was an upgrade from a C-1 Ocean view. For about$560, we jumped several levels. Very comfy overall. We've done a few B-2 cabins which ae similar but without a lounge & Champagne upon arrival
