I have a few things I would like to bring to attention. Only 1 adult pool for about 3000 adults so crowded while swimming. You have to pay a service charge fee PER PERSON in each room 20$ a day. This was our 6th cruise with NCL (last in 2019).
The not so good:
Selected the 11:30-12 check in slot in Miami. The check in process was smooth took 20 minutes. However, not sure why NCL requests you to select a check in time and still give out boarding group numbers. We then had to wait in the lounge over 30 minutes to actually board. Miami Port is atrocious. We came in day before and stayed at hotel in South Beach. When we left for the dock the app said 40min - it took 100min because of all the construction, lane closures, and the six other boats docked. So find your patience early. My best friend wanted to go to Jamaica. The cost of a hotel was the same as the cruise and we would be able to see more places on a cruise.. Decided to kick start the summer with a relaxing cruise and getaway. The ship, staff and cabin were all great. A little disappointed in Jamaica and the over aggressive peddlers.
