This is our 3rd cruise (2nd with RRCL) and all 3 have been very different. I'll try and give you a run-down of our thoughts and experiences, as I read many reviews before our cruise, and find them interesting and helpful.

(Day 1) Embarkation in Civitavecchia, Rome was painless, even though I was busting out of my skin and just dying to check out our (my) ship!!! We are Crown and Anchor members, but I didn't think our check-in was any faster than anyone else's. The staff member was very pleasant, polite and helpful. We had our boarding photo taken and were on the ship in no time.

I knew quite well where our cabin was, and marched off to the aft of the ship with husband in tow. Our cabin was 9690 and I was very keen to check it out. Well, we were NOT disappointed!!!! I had also pre-purchased some choccy covered strawberries and these were waiting in our stateroom. We checked out our Aft extended balcony, scoffed our strawberries, then decided it was time to scope out the Navigator.
