Overall we really enjoyed this cruise, the ship, and the people. The food and the ports had pluses and minuses.
We arrived in Seattle the day before the cruise, and stayed in the Hilton, which is centrally located for in town activities and close to the port. We spent the embarkation morning sightseeing, and went to the port a little before 2:00 PM. The security and check-in processing was completed fairly quickly.
The size of the ship and the floor plans made it easy to get around. This cruise was sold out, but there was never a major problem with crowding, with the exception of the single performance of the Crew Talent Show in the Celebrity Theater. The number and placement of the lounges are good, with the Rendez-Vous being our favorite before dinner spot. We caught several movies in the Cinema, and there are ample quiet spots for reading. Lines in the Oceanview Cafe were not too bad, because they have a number of serving lines with different foods. The Oceanview Bar on the stern of the ship, is a great place to eat or have drinks and a great view.
We were in 6091, just above tenders, but right at an opening between two of them. Location was good for both elevators & stairs, and it was quiet. Cabin was a little small, short couch and desk, and tight space at foot of bed. Balcony adequate. Storage was good. Bathroom size good with large shower. Antique wall type hair dryer & TV not a flat panel.
