The food was excellent in the buffet. I love comfort food and was very taken with the homemade macaroni and cheese served at lunch. Best I have ever had. The only thing lacking was the lunchtime sushi, much to dry. The eggs Benedict were superb. Overall it was the best buffet of 19 cruises. The service at the Lido was impeccable. Dining room was nice too. Our veranda room was very nice but the balcony was smaller than expected. The art throughout the ship was so so interesting and unique. Entertainment was acceptable. special. The only negative was the BB King. It was neither jazz nor blues. It was just noise. The Orange party started out fun until the band took the stage. People started leaving. Holland please read the room…hire authentic jazz and blues musicians that people actually want to stay and experience. One of the best things about the Eurodam is the old school promenade deck on level 3. This promenade is fabulous for viewing the beauty of Alaska. Also the library is the best on any cruise ship we have ever sailed on.
