Azamara "Policy" is to completely IGNORE any concerns or medical issues starting at the "Corporate level". We spent 7 days with the Onward ship of which is clean and service people are great for the majority with a few exceptions in waiters and bar tenders but the problems started day two:
1. Day two the ship offered a buffet of which included under cooked meats and improperly cooled fish. Owning a food company myself, it was obvious you don't serve raw fish un-chilled at room temperature. People got sick and i do mean sick. Complaints were made and all the staff are allowed to do is pat you on the back and better luck next time. CASES OF FOOD POISONING WERE BEING REPORTED DAILY.
We had the best cabin attendant. Very nice person.
