This ship is definitely for the older generation - 45+. NOT a ship for kids. I think there were only 6 kids on our cruise, so warning...if you want the kids to have fun, not a good idea to select this ship. The destinations are not for kids/teens either. It is an older ship, but upgraded with nice decor and is very well maintained. ALL employees were extremely great! When you cruise please keep in mind the hours and the hard work they all put in! They have to smile and have so much patience! There wasn't one person, I thought acted overworked or tired...although I know they must be! The destinations were not so great either. Panama Canal transition is the highlight, other stops, not so good.

The food....ugggg, it was horrible!!!! I speak mostly about the buffet! Every day and night, Indian food or similar! Horrible and not many choices other than that. The food areas were a mess, not well maintained/cleaned, etc. Rarely was there seating available. The quality of the food and the lack of selections made this the worst we have ever experienced on all 38 of our cruises (first time on Celebrity). Main dining was okay, but also not great. We did not go to any of the specialty restaurants, so cannot speak about them.

The Persian Spa...horrible! Before you pre-pay for spa, do your research. Seriously, who would pay $300+ for a massage!!! Best to get one prior or after your cruise. The prices are outrageous, even the day use price...ridiculous.

Cabin Review

We usually stay in a junior suite or balcony. They were sold out, but we really wanted to do the Panama cruise, so opted for an Ocean View. It was actually okay.
