Covid is alive and well on Cunard cruises. We came prepared with our Covid documents, which were not checked during embarkation. No Covid protocols were followed on board. By day 2 of the cruise we both came down with Covid and were quarantined for the remainder of the 7 day voyage. We were allowed to select from three food options for in-room dining and were unable to experience any of the onboard entertainment or exercise options. When it came time to disembark we were ushered by staff off the boat, (staff followed behind us with spray bottles, periodically spraying the air behind us).

We were able to glimpse the list of passengers on the Covid list, we believe that upwards of 100 passengers experienced the voyage as we did (quarantined in our rooms).

The lax Covid protocols, apparent lack of awareness by the cruise line of our terrible experience, and living in a tiny room for 7 days was the worst way to spend our holiday. This was our first Cunard experience, and also our last.
