The actual cruise was not worth the money spent. They couldn’t keep their own schedule up to date so it was a crap shoot if you show up for something. I brought this up to the attention of customer service multiple times and absolutely nothing was done. The food was mediocre at best and the ports were not that great. It seemed as if the crew on the ship were out of practice. We barely saw the cruise director. It was like he didn’t want to be there and when we did see him he always mentioned that it’s his last cruise on that ship. If you wanted to play bingo, stand by. They were so unorganized, the lines were so slow. They also set up in the dumbest areas where it blocked the walkways. So let’s get to Post cruise. We had a mistaken in room beverage purchase charge on our sail and sign card for a little over $8. Seems simple enough to call customer service and have that straightened out? Nope. No one could help. The ONLY way was to send an email in and wait 30-45 days for someone to look at it. Absolutely ridiculous. We had to dispute the charge via the credit card company just to have them respond quicker. They sent a snarky reply to our email that would have taken 30-45 days pretty quick after we disputed the charge. I will never go on another Carnival cruise again. Also canceling my Carnival credit card. Sooooo disappointing.

Cabin Review

It was a room. That’s about it.
