Defiantly not kid friendly cruise for ages 4 and under.My son is autistic and wasn’t able to experience the full amenities we were told when booking.They won’t allow kids to wear swimmers to get in the pool area or slide.The non American staff members were poorly educated on customer service,lack of communication,basic de-escalation skills,and no compassion for guest.Yet they let adults in the pool with alcohol causing them to close it cause of someone throwing up.Adults and children were slipping on the all decks.Everything is per person so if you buy a soda package it’s for only one person they charge everyone else. Somethings in the kitchen cought fire causing horrible smells in the food area around children. Some english speaking staff were helpful that’s the only reason I have them a 2.All soda is poured in ice for you in used cups no cold soda.not worth the money at all
Cabin Review
Room was not spacious.Family of 5 and the bunk bed hovers over the adults bed causing the adults heads to hit at anytime.Room service did great.If you order room service and you have the soda package they still charge you for some reason I don’t know.They bathroom water comes out yellow for the first couple of days then gets clear on the way back.They have no trash bags for the room so if you have a poppy diaper they want you to place it in front of the door. The tv only has 5 watchable channels no kids shows after 5. The other channels are recordings of the boat for some reason which is creepy
