This was a great vacation - VIKING has it all! From great rooms, to friendly staff, fantastic food, to great visits at ports! We enjoyed the "Taste of Alsace" immensely. The food, the guide, the feeling of really getting to know a town was absolutely the best way to experience this town in France. Highlights are hard to name... it felt that from start to finish everything was first class. Dinner time was delightful every, single night. The chef's cooking was so good and we met lovely friends from all over the world! We really enjoyed the included excursions and only had a couple of excursions we added on. We also stayed on a pre-cruise stay in Amsterdam, it may have been our favorite city! We are so glad we had this add-on for our trip. We cannot wait to experience a Viking cruise again.
