We chose this cruise because we wanted a transatlantic crossing on a luxury liner to enjoy sea days and world class ports. The cruise exceeded all of our expectations. We were in a Penthouse Veranda and had ample space to relax, and even to invite new friends over for a cocktail. The beds were comfortable and the room and bathroom were immaculate. We loved the large bathroom, with heated floor, fog-proof mirrors, ample glass-enclosed shower, and plenty of room for all of our toiletries. We enjoyed the public areas of the ship especially the Explorer's Lounge and the main Living Room where the grand piano is located. The service across the board was exceptional in the restaurants, housekeeping, etc. Every staff member was friendly, professional and courteous. The food was delicious too. We loved the port talks, and the lectures offered almost every day, and we also loved the variety of classes available to learn new skills. In sum, I have only good things to say about Viking.

Cabin Review

Our cabin was contemporary, spacious and airy. We had a large sitting area and the room and bathroom were immaculate. We slept extremely well in our comfortable beds too. Wonderful, large, beautiful room.
