My wife and I have been on over 30 cruises with all the major criuse lines. We were diappointed in the recent cruise with RCL on the Radiance of the Seas. I understand the ship is some twenty years old and some things are just inherent with age. Some of our are issues are with the ship and others with the overall management of the ship.

* We waited from 8:30 am until almost 12 noon for the tinder at Grand Cayman. Tickets had been acquired ahead of time but there was no order to leaving the ship after hundreds of people formed lines without any order of ticket numbering.

* Entertainment was overall OK except there was no theater show on Monday at all and one night only at one seating leaving us to try to fit dinner around the one show.

Port Reviews

Cozumel

Because of past experience with Royal Caribbean which has been mostly positive. Cozumel is quite beatiful if you go the the East side where there are breathtaking blue water and large surf/waves. Requires a rental car or a taxi. Got a really funky dive bar called "Paradise" on top of a hill with great food and views. Anyone going back ti Cozumel needs to check out the East side of the area.
