I chose the cruise for the price and convenience. I always envision a great cruise as less than $100/day with drinks included - Norwegian cruise lines often offers this deal. This time they also offered free specialty dining AND $50 toward any shore excursion. A total win!
I have done Norwegian cruises before and have very much enjoyed them.
This one had the most frustrating cruise check-in experience I have ever encountered. The boat arrived late and we waited in line for more than four hours before we were permitted to enter the terminal. On top of that, after making a complaint, I was denied compensation.
Cabin Review
The cabin was nice - as you would expect on a cruise ship - small but functional. The mattress was comfortable.
