This cruise was a nightmare right from the port in NY! The boat was hours late getting there then we stood in line outside in the cold for hours on end waiting to get through security. You would have thought that NCL would at least have the decency to tell us what the hell was going on and perhaps pull the families out of line that had little kids but nope! Then the ride was like a cork in the ocean tons of people were sick. There were wayyy too many people on the boat for the limited number of crew members they had. The food wasn’t even that great and everywhere you went there was a line down the hall with a 30-45 min wait. Then we get a surprise 16$ a day charge on our accounts and oh yea we are late getting to Bermuda then when we get there we have to circle the damn island for 2 hours before we can dock. Then we have to leave early to boot! I’ll NEVER BOOK A CRUISE ON THIS SHIP AGAIN! There just aren’t enough characters available on this app to list all the issues.
