We chose this participar cruise because of the low price, proximity to home, and where in ended (in PR). This would allow us to spend a few extra days on the island.

We arrive promptly at a check in time at 10:30 AM. although the check in process was a breeze because we had prefilled all our documentation online, the onboarding process was slow. No one was allowed to board regardless of your check in time until 11:30 am. We wished we had known this as we would have chosen a later boarding time so we could just walk right onto the ship instead of standing around in the terminal for an hour u til our number was called.

Although windjammer was packed near the front of the buffet upon boarding, if you make your way to the back area, you have very similar choices and more options for seating. Also be aware - most main Dining room options are also available at the buffet dinner with the exception of lobster tail night.
