We were on the 7-day Western Carib cruise that followed the crazy 3 day cruise that everyone is talking about. Overall, we had a great time and loved the ship. The 3 day cruise had 5K passengers but our cruise only had 2.2K so it was only half full.

Embarkation: Getting on the ship was an issue. The cruise before us had 5K people of which 2K did not have a credit card on file so they all had to pay that morning because they could not get off the ship. On top of that, there were 10 people that were not accounted for. Turns out that 3 of them were hiding in a bathroom trying to stay aboard for the next cruise. We arrived at 9:30. Checked in by 10:30 but had to wait until 1:30 PM to board because they could not find the stowaways. We heard the cruise after us there were no issues, so I believe this was not a regular event.

Cabin: We had a deluxe balcony on deck 12. The cabin was fine. Very clean and modern. But we felt it did lack storage space. Which is fine for a short cruise but could be an issue for a longer one. Read more
