MSC Meraviglia, Oct 13-16 was a complete nightmare. The cruise line was understaffed, under prepared and was lacking any kind of customer service. Embarkation time was 4.5 hours, disembarkation another 2 hours, the food was subpar, there are limited dining options that do not adhere to the operating hours and cannot accommodate all the passengers on board. The Easy Plus drink package was a waste of money as they were not stocked and were always out of the “$9” tier alcohol options. I still have a refund pending for a room service charge that should have been included in my package. Would never recommend it to anyone.
