The staff that are working on the Norwegian Dawn are fantastic.
But the organization of getting on and off the ship is terrible. Norwegian has complicated getting on the ship for the first time to new horizons. Multiple waiting areas for no apparent reason. Worst we have ever seen.
It was also the worst management of shore excursions that we have ever seen on any cruise. At any one time there could be a hundreds people in the theater waiting for four different excursions that all leave at the same time. Stagger the times by 15 minutes. By the time we got off the ship every morning we were in bad moods.
