Cabin: Mid-Ship Balcony

We have been on NCL many times and this is the first since pandemic. We expected more. First the food and entertainment was great. The balcony room one needs a ladder to get into the shower. it comes with a tub. The room has not been remodeled since inception. It is old and not modern. The excursions were a disaster. The staff for excursions were limited with workers. looks like put together in minutes. We had to jam into theatre like cattle and wait for our calling. The buses were crowded and guides mediocre. They let all excursion buses leave and come back at same time. In Covb ireland several buses came back together and we had to wait in pouring rain outside to get back to the ship. it took 45 minutes. Bad planning. The gang way was in many ports and obstacle course. The ship was in a hurry to leave and i lost an object trying to walk on the gangway. They would not allow me to go back and retrieve it. I had to make a report. Edinburgh and Burgess stops cancelled.

Coming home we had to get on bus at ^AM for 11AM flight in Amsterdam. packed like sardines in bud to airport with doubledecker and many people sick. Once you were dropped off at Airport you are on your own. Amsterdam airport a disaster. Got to our gate 4 and half hours later. A line to get into a line. People coighing and no covid restrictions.

The plane was packed with people putting blankets over their head to avoid getting covid. We booked air with NCL what a mistake. DO NOT BOOK AIR WITH NCL NOT WORTH GETTING SICK. To get to Florida we had to go to Chicago and then Florida. Luggage took a hour to arrive so we missed our flight got on the next flight 5 hours later.
