Very tacky cruise ship. Everything from getting in-room telemarketing calls every second day selling future cruises, to the lack of on-board information about ports, transportation etc.. While they deliver a daily newsletter, very little information about each port or available local transportation or even a map schemata. The newsletter was just an advertising piece for stores and restaurants. While points of interest FLASH across the TV screen, one staff member actually told me to take a picture of screen information so you can read later. Lack of info was just a gimmick to sell over-priced excursions.

They missed two ports of call (2 of 7 or 33%), that we paid for, with no info as to why. They offered a $ 50.00 " non-refundable credit" which means you could only use in ship board stores with limited products and no selection of size, colour etc. When I complained they told me they would give me a credit if I did not mention to anyone. They made money on cancelled port fees, liquor sales and casino, while we had two unexpected extra sea days and only credited all my SERVICE FEES for the 10 day trip. Unfortunately that was the TIP money for staff that they used to credit me and others who complained. Cheap bastards.

I will never go on another NCL cruise.

Cabin Review

Cabin was clean and well looked after by Victoria (whom I gave a tip too after seeing that NCL credited me with the Service Fees that was suppose to go to staff).
