We have done multiple cruises with Princess and this one was by far the worse one. Unfriendly crew, poor entertainment, very poor food with the exception of the Crown Grill, internet was 50/50, either it worked or it didn't. Room service was super slow. Never seen any of the top crew members, like the captain or leading officers. SPA was terrible, overpriced but the biggest complaint was the massage therapist spent most of the time trying to talk me into coming back and left the room multiple times while in the midst of my massage. Ship is looking her age, a lot of rust seen. Hand washing is NOT enforced in the dinning rooms/buffets, seen many people just walk in without stopping to wash their hands. Medallion app still does not work correctly, only good thing is it opens the cabin door. Crew chat does not work at all, spent 50 minutes on "hold" with it yet when I called in, it only took 5 minutes to get someone. AND, "caught covid" even though we were vaccinated, boosted, wore our masks religiously and washed our hands always. We were put into quarantine - deck 12 - all the cabins we could see were red flag with covid cases and basically forgotten about. No one called or checked on us the entire time we were quarantine. Escorted off the ship the last day and told to find our own way back to the airport or to self-quarantine at whatever hotel would take us. Didn't even point out where the taxi's could be found. 2 elderly ladies ahead of us, were lost and we showed them where to go as no one from Princess would do so. People we talked with waiting for taxi's ALL said the same thing, "never again". Princess really dropped the ball with their customers and showed their true colors as they are ONLY interested in the money and could care less about their customers. Cannot recommend cruising with Princess anymore.
