We wanted to make a cruise around Great Britain, because it is close to our country and in Europe.

We learned to know Princess Cruises as a company with a good variety of food on clean vessels.

This cruise showed us, that this impression is nowadays not correct. The toilets were normally not cleaned, the dust an rubbish on the floors layed there for hours. The internet and also the medallion App is a catastrophe. The internet was so slow, so that a normal page in pdf takes more than a quarter of an hour, if it works. If we want to order drinks the program doesn`t work. If we order drinks at a barman in the buffetrestaurant it takes more than 20 min. till the drink arrives. The servants try to use the App, but ist takes so much time, so that they can´t serve other guests. The last days of our cruise, servants avoid unsing the App. Read more
