Cabin:

With a Junior Suite, we didn't expect both air conditioning circulating vents over the bed and the table to drop black soot on several different days. The staff was quick to clean up but couldn't be responsible for the malfunction. The sewer smell in the elevators and around the deck four entrance to the dining room wasn't quite the greeting one would expect for entering for meals. The dining room staff were excellent as always.

Letters were given to some but not all of the guests, promising 25% off of the next cruise.

Food was excellent in the main dining room, avoided going to Windjammer due to Royal returning to let passengers handle the utensils instead of a server waiting on folks. Ugh.

Cabin Review

Black soot dropped from vents to bed and table.
