Disappointing Cruise on Enchantment of the Seas - July 14, 2022

I have been cruising since the 1960’s and mainly on RCCL since the 1980’s, being a Diamond Plus now. I recently sailed on the Enhancement from Baltimore which is a great port to sail from. I had a balcony cabin. It was the biggest disappointment of all my cruises.

The ship is almost 25 years old and is worn and tired. It has rust everywhere on the outside and the balconies. The furnishings are old and worn. There were elevators which did not work the entire cruise, the outside TV was broken, the rock climbing wall could not be used (not that I would), ice and beverage machines were broken. It is just old, and needs a total overhaul if they are going to keep it going (which they are).
