We chose this cruise to celebrate our wedding anniversary and visit Ireland and Scotland for the first time. Our anniversary was never recognized. We told our Cruise consultant and put it in the medallion app. Our dining experience was less than favorable. We dined in the main dining room the first two nights. Dinner took two and a half hours each time. We then decided to stop dining here after trying it twice. We then used the steak restaurant and Italian restaurant which were very good. On the other evenings we ate off the buffet. Surprisingly the food and service was better there than in the dining rooms. The coffee shop on the 5 floor was amazing. The staff and service were excellent. The casino and staff were also five stars. This cruise being our 35 taken, was the worst cruise we have ever taken. The lack of service, shows, staff, and quality were definitely apparent. We will have to take a long break from cruising with Princess Cruise Lines.
