Dark colored smearing on wall in restroom. I guess this was not as bad as the Lido Deck restroom which had feces splattered in it and feces not flushed down the toilets.
Here is a screenshot of the listed open time for Guy's Burger Bar that they suddenly removed after I went back and forth with Guest Services and back and forth to Guy's Burger Bar when they stated on the app and Guest Services that they were open, but then was told by a crew member after waiting 10 minutes for him to address me that they were not open at that time.
We got a letter in our cabin stating that their records indicated we had a guest in our cabin that was unvaccinated. This was not the case as we showed our COVID cards when checking in and had to submit them through the VeriFLY app, which were marked as verified.

This was my husband's first ever cruise and it was my 5th cruise. This was the worst cruise experience I have ever had and an absolutely terrible experience for my first time cruiser husband. Some of the items on this extensive list may be nitpicky to some, but as one thing after another went wrong or were well below expectations due to previous cruises with Carnival and other cruise lines, we grew angry, frustrated, annoyed, and disappointed by the lack of customer service, lack of cleanliness, lack of food, length of lines, false advertisements, items out of order, etc.

Please see the issues we experienced below, in no particular order.

1. On our very first day there was nowhere to sit to eat because people were slumped over on tables and sleeping. We walked the entire lido deck around the lido marketplace 5 times before deciding to walk up a deck and sit on a lounge chair to eat.

Cozumel

Charlie with Tripping Cool saved our Cozumel experience at the last minute when Carnival failed to inform us of the fact that our prepaid excursion had been canceled. He took it upon himself to make last minute accommodations for us to ensure that we had a wonderful experience! The Playa Uvas Beach Club in Cozumel was fun and relaxing. The staff there were all very accommodating. Charlie even taught us how to make guacamole and took time to stop and chat with us and check in on us throughout our time there. It was a little difficult to get into the water because of the rocks, but otherwise the drinks, food, staff, views, and entertainment were awesome! The shops were fun to walk through in the port and everyone was very friendly.
