This was my husband's first ever cruise and it was my 5th cruise. This was the worst cruise experience I have ever had and an absolutely terrible experience for my first time cruiser husband. Some of the items on this extensive list may be nitpicky to some, but as one thing after another went wrong or were well below expectations due to previous cruises with Carnival and other cruise lines, we grew angry, frustrated, annoyed, and disappointed by the lack of customer service, lack of cleanliness, lack of food, length of lines, false advertisements, items out of order, etc.

1. On our very first day there was nowhere to sit to eat because people were slumped over on tables and sleeping. We walked the entire lido deck around the lido marketplace 5 times before deciding to walk up a deck and sit on a lounge chair to eat. Read more
