This was our first transatlantic cruise and we were concerned that we would be bored with so many sea days. Not to worry, Aaron and his staff made every effort to keep us busy. We did have an issue with no internet for the first 10-11 sea days. Although, I sympathize with the previous post, why would anyone go on any cruise expecting to conduct 10’s of thousands of business on a cruise? Although Princess internet is vey good in some areas, internet is never a guarantee. We had planned to meet a cousin in Cartagena, but that port was cancelled due to high winds and a narrow port. Hey, those things happen when you cruise. The food was wonderful (except for hamburgers at lunch). The ports of Funchal, Cardiz, Palma and Barcelona were beautiful. When Cartegena was cancelled, Aaron and his team came up with great diversions, including a Flamingo couple who were just outstanding! We loved, loved Barcelona! Many thanks to Krystina in Vines, Bedardo, our steward, Aaron the Cruise Director and to our Captain, who always chose safety over ports or convenience. Bravo to all!!!

Cabin Review

Mini-Suite with Balcony

Lovely mini-suite with typical small Royal class balcony!

Port Reviews

Madeira (Funchal)

As this was an unplanned stop, the first day was pretty boring, with HO-HO bus, but did find a great shopping area. Second day was great! Highly recommend trip to Els Calderers Sant Joan.
