This cruise ship was not at all transparent in their changes they changed the whole itinerary. Did not tell us about this until the third day two days at sea then it was changed to completely different islands three instead of the seven. Then to come find out that if you did not have a excursion with Norwegian you could not get off the ship. The ship we were on had no Entertainment that you would say was entertainment they would showed movies 2 days in the stardust theater the only good show was a comedian so that was very disappointing we've always enjoyed the shows something to look forward to but being on the ship for so long and not having any entertainment was so disappointing. Norwegian was not good at fixing anything they said well when you get back you'll just have to call Norwegian there were people from Canada who are supposed to get a test so they could get back to Canada and they were told they would be testing on the ship and then they canceled it and told them that they would have to wait till they get to the airport and pay $160 and then get the test and there was nothing they could do that Norwegian just stopped. There was also another guy who put a note on his cabin saying that he had a sore throat so he went and got tested and it came back negative and even though it was negative he was quarantined for 72 hours and could not use his drink card he posted this on his door which then only made everyone else not want to say anything if they had a sore throat or a fever heard many people talking that they weren't feeling good but weren't going to say anything which was very alarming to me. When we had to be at sea three more days then the four days that were supposed to be I asked if I could get any kind of a spa thing for that day and again I was told there's nothing we can do you'll have to get a hold of Norwegian I can't understand why you would have personnel on the ship that could do nothing for you. The cruise director was the worst yes I've been on many cruises and it was so bad that I think she went into hiding. Maybe you could not get Entertainment and people were complaining but there was no communication on so many things that we were very very disappointed with this trip. So many people said that they would not take another Norwegian cruise very disappointed that Norwegian treated their customers horrible.
